During Holy Week, we mark Maundy Thursday. “Maundy” means “commandment” from the Latin mandatum, referring to new commandment Jesus gave his disciples at the Last Supper. You can use this table liturgy — individually, with those in your household, or with a group — for a meal, communion, readings, prayer, and foot washing.
Table Liturgy
Our Maundy Thursday Table Liturgy is an opportunity to participate in a meal and to observe a time of prayer, reading, meditation, worship, and service to one another. Here are a few steps of preparation that will help facilitate the experience.
Prepare your Space
Prepare a meal.
If possible, prepare bread and wine / grape juice for communion.
If you are practicing foot washing with your roommates or family members, setup a station.
Setup background worship music to play during dinner.

You can follow on your phone or print it out. Some elements in the table liturgy are designed for a group setting, but can work individually or through a video chat or phone call with friends.
