We have again received news that the school cannot accommodate us this weekend or next for our worship services at MS51. Though it is frustrating to be at the mercy of their work schedule, we want to support their efforts, and we look forward to still gathering as a community and celebrating the goodness of our God with each other.

This is also a great reminder that we do not exist only as a gathering in a building but as the people of God, loving Him and our neighbors, wherever we are.
This weekend offers us the opportunity to celebrate Him and serve our neighbors in love, as you will see below.

On Sunday, August 27 at 11 am, we will gather just outside The Picnic House in Prospect Park. Find us at the white easy-up tent and bring picnic blankets, games, and food to enjoy with one another.

We will have a short reflection with a handout for all.

We also invite everyone who can to join us for our already scheduled Sunset Hang at Strong Rope Brewery in Red Hook (185 Van Dyke St. Brooklyn NY) from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

We are excited to enjoy the beauty of our neighborhood with each other and consider the goodness of God.

This is an excellent opportunity to invite our neighbors to join us for a morning in the park. Let us trust God to use this moment to welcome new people into this beautiful rhythm.
