There's a large parking lot on 95th Street between Shore Front Parkway and Rockaway Beach Blvd (google Far Rockaway Parking Area) and lots of street parking along Shore Front Parkway.
Train:
Take the A train toward Far Rockaway
Transfer to the S toward Rockaway Park-Beach 116st
Exit Beach 98 Street
Walk 6 minutes to the 95th Street Entrance to the beach
