Starting June 26, 2011, and continuing at least through the summer months, our Chelsea Sunday service will be starting at 5 p.m. We would love to hear your feedback about this change.

What to expect on Sundays

Our worship gathering begins at 5 p.m. and typically ends around 6:30 p.m. The service includes a blend of new and old hymns and worship songs, many of which are written by members of the community. Other elements of the service are Scripture reading, liturgy, meditation on art, Biblical teaching and prayer.

You can listen to teaching from our current series and archive, and a video of one of worship songs is at the bottom of this page.

We do not gather every week as spectators coming to be entertained, but as spiritually hungry people earnestly seeking encounter with and knowledge of God. Our community includes people who have been following Jesus for many years, those returning to church after a long absence, and still others who are exploring Christianity for the first time.

Our church is made up of professionals, artists, students, young families, and others, covering diverse socio-economic groups. All are welcome at our gatherings and it is our hope that you feel inspired, encouraged and challenged when you visit.

We would love to meet you

When you visit a worship gathering, please take the time to fill out a communication card if you would like someone to follow up with you. We also invite you to find someone wearing a yellow lanyard; they will be happy to welcome you and answer any questions you may have.

After most Sunday services, we host a connection time at local restaurants to get to know new people, hear their stories, and share the vision of our community. We invite you to take advantage of that opportunity as well.
