Industry Roundtable on Finance

Next Industry Roundtable: Finance
Sunday January 31, 1 pm, Hunan Balcony Restaurant (98th and Broadway)

In order to better serve our city and our people, we have begun a series of Industry Roundtables, where we gather everyone from our community in a given industry—e.g., fashion, education, film, non-profit/philanthropy—to discuss this series of questions:

  1. What drew you to your industry?
  2. What do you love about your industry?
  3. What do you hate about your industry?
  4. What ethical dilemmas do you often run into?
  5. To what scripture do you turn to formulate a theology of your industry?
  6. What are some of your doubts and uncertainties?
  7. What do we, as your pastors/leaders, need to know about your industry?
  8. How can the church help you live more missionally in your industry?
  9. What about our programming clogs your ability to be missional in your industry?

East Village Missional Community Launch

We will be launching a new missional community in the east village next week on January 20 and invite you to join us.

First MC meeting – Wed Jan 20, 7pm at City Light Church, 121 E 7th Street (between 1st Ave and Ave A)

Missional communities are groups of 30-50 people that exist to love God, pursue wholeness and transformation, care for one another, and serve our neighbors while promoting justice in our city.

Each missional community includes a number of smaller groups designed for accountability, discipleship, prayer and evangelism.

Contact Guy for more info on the East Village community, or click here to be added to the email list (choose Trinity Grace East Village).
